Each and every one of the solutions below is much poorer than 1 ER® Business in respect of the scope of the recognition of the subject. They have a much more narrow perspective due to the lack of consideration of the subject of the unconscious, which plays a central role in 1 Executive Retreat®. There is nothing wrong with that, other methods simply provide different outcomes, doubtlessly more limited and/or imprecise ones. Limited because, for example, coaching limits itself only to business issues and one person i.e. the coachee, while consulting gives only a solution to business issues, and does not account for the psyche. In brief, one can say that the problem rests in the fact that a psychologist is not a businessman, s/he does not understand business, just as a coach or a consultant is not a psychoanalyst, so s/he can’t take into account the position of the subject, thus must ignore everything that is linked to the psyche. Disconnecting these two fields – business and psyche – leads the search for a solution astray, narrows the perspective and limits the possibilities of finding the answer.
