Unfortunately the idea is unique in worldwide scale, thus we present such studies which seemed to be the closest to the idea of 1 ER®:

Research carried out by ASAE Foundation shows that effectiveness of executive retreats with one concrete problem to solve is 89% higher than non-facilitated offsites or retreats with wider agenda;

Offsites with one topic to cover – according to Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce – delivered 82% of given problem solution in the company within 0-3 months after commencement of the retreat. The same study shows that company retreats with more than one problem on the agenda deliver only 32% of ONE out of the whole agenda problem solution within next 12 months after commencement of the offsite;

Research carried out on a group of 140 top executives participating in corporate retreats with one problem on the agenda evaluated influence of worked out solution between 30-113% of growth or decrease (depending on the goal set) in the field established as an objective for improvement within one year from retreat commencement (International Association of PCO);

92% of companies utilizing ER-like offsites has grown its market value by at least 28% in the year following the Retreat. Research carried out by MPI on more than 200 public companies listed on stock exchanges (US and Asia);

Externally facilitated corporate retreats produce 97% higher satisfaction than non-facilitated company offsites. Satisfaction measured as achieving concrete effect in work evaluated as directly resulting from retreat according to respondent evaluation.
